WH Demmons, Inc. is Maine Air Conditioning, Portland Sheet Metal, and Demmons Roofing.

We are three companies operating under one roof with each division licensed to do business under their respective names.

We are a Construction/Service company, specializing in design/build/maintain projects, (i.e., about 90% of our work is design/build and 10 % plan and spec) from Portland, Maine north to Waterville and south to Portsmouth New Hampshire.

The majority of our work is on commercial buildings. In addition to commercial work, 25% of our customers are industrial (manufacturing) and about 5% are up scale residential homes.
