W.H. Demmons Inc., are the design/build engineers for the new Natatorium Addition for Waldo County YMCA located in Belfast, Maine.  We worked in conjunction with Mr. Gary Coccoluto, AIA of Orcutt Associates and the building committee of Waldo ‘Y' to deliver one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems for this type of application, as well as designing and installing a new highly reflective Duro-Last Roofing System.

Key points of the design are the use of the new generation Pool Environments AHU that does not use mechanical refrigeration, radiant floor heating , separate zoning within the pool area in order to maintain proper temperatures both at the pool deck and in the gallery, a new ModCon LP gas condensing boiler system , and the use of our Reliable Controls System that offers a 5 year warranty.
