The Embassy Suites in Portland, Maine
underwent major renovations focused
on energy saving solutions. As part
of the renovations, a new Duro-Last white roof
was installed.
The complexity of the ballasted
roof system was compounded
by several cable conduit runs that
serviced four different
cellular phone companies.
All work was done with zero
disruption to phone service or
inconvenience to hotel guests.		 W.H. Demmons installed the new white roof with no disruption to hotel guests
