Embassy Suites, Portland Maine
The Embassy Suites in Portland, Maine
underwent major renovations focused
on energy saving solutions. As part
of the renovations, a new white roof
was installed.
A white roof is 87% reflective cutting energy costs and making roof top HVAC units more efficient. |

DeLorme Private Residence
In 2003, with the help of Cambridge Sheet Metal, Demmons Roofing completed the installation of a Dutch Seam, 24 ga. Mint Green steel with Mission Red steel roof for the DeLorme Residence of DeLorme Mapping.
The project was so striking and impressive that is was recognized by Atas International, Inc. as one of the Residential Projects of the Year for 2003.
