Our construction staff offers installation of quality commercial roofing materials. In 2007 and 2008, W.H. Demmons Roofing received the "Master Contractor" Quality Award winning applicator of Duro-Last "Cool Roof" membrane, as well as Firestone Building Products EPDM and UNA-CLAD (Standing Seam Metal) roofing systems.

The Schlebach Quadro makes more profiles (soffit, nail strip, snap seam, mechanical lock) than any other product, with compressed changeover times of 30 seconds to 10 minutes. It's the only roof panel machine that creates panels for all applications from industrial to light commercial to residential.
