Maine Air Conditioning is a full service Design-Build- Maintain, Mechanical Contractor offering a broad range of services to residential, commercial, industrial , as well as marine customers.

Our well staffed Service Department offers 24 hours/day service 365 days per year. Specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, heating (i.e., oil, natural gas, LP gas, heat pumps, steam and hot water), computer rooms, air movement, humidification, de-humidification, and controls.

Our Construction Department offers installation of HVAC systems including water source heat pumps, refrigeration systems, chillers, boiler rooms, computer rooms, hydronic piping, controls, air distribution systems, oil piping, gas piping, and air and water balancing.

Our Sales/Design/Engineering Department offers our customers pricing on both plan and spec work and design/build/maintain projects. Our areas of expertise for HVAC/R include residential, office buildings, hospitals, stores, warehouses, manufacturing, and computer rooms

On Design-Build-Maintain projects we work closely with each client in order to meet each of their demands. Here we can stress energy efficient products, air quality, reliability and/or cost.
