Abromson Community Education Center, University of Southern Maine
W.H. Demmons was hired by the University of Southern Maine and Construction Manager Granger Northern, Inc. to design and build the HVAC system for the Abromson Community Education Center.
W.H. Demmons teamed with Consigli Construction in constructing the 35,000 square foot education center for the University of Southern Maine. The new LEED Gold Certified building includes offices, classrooms and a 500 seat lecture hall.
The building is another Geothermal heating a cooling project by W.H.Demmons which stresses the concepts of green, energy efficiency and state-of-the-art!

Maine State Credit Union, Waterville, Maine
W.H. Demmons' HVAC and Controls Division provided the Maine State Credit Union a HVAC system using the Mach-Pro controls system from Reliable Controls.

Waldo County YMCA, Belfast, Maine
W.H. Demmons Inc., are the design/build engineers for the new Natatorium Addition for Waldo County YMCA located in Belfast, Maine. We worked in conjunction with Mr. Gary Coccoluto, AIA of Orcutt Associates and the building committee of Waldo ‘Y' to deliver one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems for this type of application, as well as designing and installing a new highly reflective Duro-Last Roofing System. |
