Experience

Over 25 years in the HVAC industry which began working with consulting engineering firms in Maine including Neill & Gunter, Enterprise Engineering and The Ames Corp. Approximately 1/3 of this time was spent working as a facility engineer working for both University of Southern Maine and the University of Maine, including a short period of time as Superintendent of Maintenance at USM. In 1986, Curt founded HVAC Consulting Engineering Inc. which provided high quality engineering for a wide range of clients throughout the Northeast. Curt also spent two years as the State of Maine Energy Engineer, providing energy audits for business and industry throughout Maine.

Licenses & Qualifications

Registered Professional Engineer, State of Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont

LEED Accredited Professional -2004 Successfully completed the LEED Training Workshop. Since that time Curt has been involved in many successful LEED projects, two of the most noted are: Colby College Alumni Center and the Community Education Center at USM.
