The 2005 Skowhegan National Guard Readiness Center is SPiRiT Gold Certified. This 27,000 ft2 replacement building was done as a design/ build contract. WH Demmons teamed with Consigli Constrcution and SMRT. The design goal was to provide the Maine Army National Guard with a facility that they can be proud of, one that is easily maintained, efficient to operate and that meets DoD security requirements. W.H. Demmons, Inc. was responsible for the HVAC systems.
