Our Sales/Design/Engineering Department offers our customers pricing on both plan and spec work and design, build, and maintain projects. Our areas of expertise for HVAC/R include residential, office buildings, hospitals, stores, warehouses, manufacturing, and computer rooms.
On Design-Build-Maintain projects we work closely with each client in order to meet each of their demands. Here we can stress energy efficient products, air quality, reliability and/or cost.
W.H. Demmons offers customers a multitude of services, and keeps all our employees well trained, so we can guarantee our solutions and meet our customer's needs.
Among our qualifications:
All our construction employees have completed gas training and have received their Propane-Natural Gas Licenses.
Since 1991, Refrigerant Recovery Equipment has been in use at Demmons Air Construction. All our technicians are certified to handle refrigerants and each is outfitted with their own refrigerant recovery unit.
We are also a Marine Service Dealer for: Adler-Barbour, Nova Kool, Nor Cold, Sea Frost, and Grunert for refrigeration, and Cruisair, Marine Air, Lunair, and Ocean Air for air conditioning.
