W.H. Demmons Schlebach Roofing Machine
In the fall of 2005, W.H. Demmons, Inc. purchased this new "State of Art" Quadro + Pan Forming Machine from Schlebach.
It can form 22 gauge metals on up, and has up to 9 different profiles at widths ranging from 10'' to 28 ''.
Recent jobs with this machine are YMCA Portland, Cascon Office Building in Yarmouth, Animal Neuroligical Clinic in Scarborough, Kennebunk Sewer District, in Kennebunk, as well as numerous residential projects.
On the Cascon project we used 24 gauge plain galvalume steel, which is available in a variety of colors. The panel profile is a 1.5 inch Snapnail Snaplock panel.
