Freeport Exit 20 -Green Office Building

WH Demmons has teamed with Taggart Construction for the new Exit 20 green office building in Freeport. WH Demmons has designed the highly efficient HVAC and Plumbing Systems. The HVAC system will use Geothermal wells with Ground Source Heat Pumps, Water Fall conditioning of the lobby, and the building ventilation system uses advanced Energy Recovery Units with natural ventilation.
