EXPERTISE

Engineering and Design of HVAC and Plumbing Systems used in commercial,industrial, municipal and institutional buildings. Comfort heating & cooling applications, indoor air quality, laboratory design, dry rooms, and humidity control.

Known for Energy Efficient ‘State of the Art’ HVAC Systems, including geothermal, air to air energy recovery, radiant floor heating, air rotation, high efficient condensing boilers, compensating hoods, and DDC controls.

EXPERIENCE

Over 32 years in the HVAC industry, starting in 1976 with the Carrier Corporation, then in 1980 designing with Galson & Galson Consulting Engineers. In 1983, heading Munters Cargocaire application engineering and service departments, and finally in 1986 working at W.H Demmons running the Maine Air Conditioning division.

Designed and installed over 500,000 sq. ft. of GeoThermal HVAC projects in the last 15 years including:
