EXPERIENCE

Mr Nelson has worked in the HVAC industry since 1982.  His primary responsibilities have included managing a service department, engineering, project estimation, design and management.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

• U.S. Customs House - Geothermal heating and cooling system, retro fit with 3 wells, eighty tons of ground source heat pumps, piping modification.
• MCI Math & Science Building - 22,500 sq. ft. classroom building with geothermal heat pump system with variable frequency drive controls, central ventilation and lab hood exhaust.
• Shops at Falmouth - duct work and HVAC for multi tenant retail shopping center.
• Delorme Mapping Co. - 72,000 sq ft of office building with multizone VAV system, special exhaust systems and DDC controls
