W.H. Demmons teamed with Consigli
Construction in constructing a new 35,000-sq.-ft. education
center for the University of Southern Maine. The new Abromson
Community Education Center, (LEED Gold Certified) includes
offices, classrooms and a 500-seat lecture hall. A sky bridge
will connect to the main campus. W.H. Demmons, Inc. was
responsible for the HVAC systems. |
